Share

Renowned homeopathic cardiologist Dr. Vidyasagar Umalkar has been successfully treating various heart diseases for the past 35 years at his Chaitanya Homeo Heart Care Clinic and Research Center. His research-based “V-Therapy” has cured thousands of patients of heart diseases without surgery. Globally, 30% of deaths occur due to heart diseases, and India accounts for a significant portion of these cases.

Many heart patients experience recurrent blockages in blood vessels even after surgery. As an alternative, Dr. Umalkar has developed a safe and highly effective homeopathic “V-Therapy” after extensive research which has benefitted over 15,000 patients.

There are various types of heart diseases. cardiomyopathy is one of the most complex and serious disease of them. It affects the heart muscles, progressing gradually and is often unnoticed. There are several types, but the three most common are:

1. Dilated Cardiomyopathy – The most common type, where the left ventricle enlarges and loses its ability to pump blood efficiently, typically seen in middle-aged men.

2. Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy – In this condition, the muscles of the left ventricle thicken abnormally, reducing its pumping capacity. It can occur at any age but is more common in children.

3. Restrictive Cardiomyopathy – The rarest type, where the heart muscles become rigid, preventing the heart from pumping properly, often seen in older adults.

Causes of Cardiomyopathy:

1. Heredity

2. Rapid heart rate

3. Prolonged high blood pressure

4. Valvular diseases

5. Damage to heart muscles from a heart attack

6. High amount of alcohol consumption

7. Obesity, thyroid issues, diabetes

8. Substance abuse, and other unknown causes.

Symptoms of Cardiomyopathy:

1. Swelling of the abdomen

2. Shortness of breath with exertion or even at rest

3. Chest pain

4. Severe Coughing while lying down

5. Dizziness, headaches, and fainting

6. Fatigue

7. Irregular heartbeats

8. Swelling in the legs, ankle and foot.

Doctors may recommend the following tests to diagnose Cardiomyopathy:

1. Chest X-ray (to check if the heart is enlarged)

2. Echocardiogram (to assess heart and valve function)

3. Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) (if echocardiography is insufficient)

4. Electrocardiogram (ECG) (to check for infarcts and irregular heartbeats)

5. Treadmill stress test (to evaluate symptoms triggered by exercise)

6. Cardiac catheterization (to assess whether the heart is pumping blood properly)

7. Computed Tomography (CT) scan (to evaluate the heart’s size and function)

8. Blood tests (to check blood sugar levels, Lipid profile, thyroid profile, liver functions and kidney functions).

Dr. Umalkar has successfully treated various types of cardiomyopathies, Through his homoeopathic “V-Therapy,”.

In all his patients, the functioning of the heart has improved significantly.

Even a patient with muscular dystrophy with cardiomyopathy, who was on ventilator in intensive care unit, have shown remarkable improvement with his homeopathic “V-Therapy.”

Dr. Umalkar has been honored with several awards, including prestigious Lions Club’s Hridaymitra Award and the Maharashtra Government’s Homeopathic Council’s Lifetime Achievement Award (Jeevan Gaurav Puraskar) in 2012.

Dr. Umalkar’s research-based homeopathic “V-Therapy” has proved a ray of hope.

In countless patients, for whom heart surgery is not possible, who wish to avoid surgery, or who have experienced a recurrence of the disease even after the surgery.
