Krishma pulls it off for Zirakpur

<p>The RP Singh Memorial Women Cricket Tournament was won by Cricket With Nagesh Academy (CWNA), Zirakpur, with a superb 73-run contribution by Krishna Rana. The team defeated Champions Cricket Academy (CCA), Landran, by 87 runs.</p>

<p>When batting first, Zirakpur scored 252 runs in the 45 overs allocated, losing nine wickets. Taisha (39), Twinkle Rao (31), Yashika (18), Kashika (18), and Jyoti (17) all backed Krishna. For the bowling side, Rakhi Dhir claimed three wickets at a cost of 43 runs. Manu Rana (2/28), Jyoti (1/25), and Poorvi (1/47) were next in line.</p>
<p>The CCA Eves responded by scoring 165 runs in the allocated overs at a cost of five wickets. The primary scorers for the team were Navnoor Kaur (23), Har Simranjit Kaur (33), and Manu Rana (42). For the bowling side, Eknoor Kaur took one wicket while Ishana claimed two.</p>
<p>Shibi won the best bowler award, while Krishna was named the game’s greatest hitter and player. Aaradhana Bisht won the awards for best player and best all-rounder, while Navnoor was named best wicketkeeper. Aashta was voted the best up-and-coming talent, while Manu Rana was declared the finest fielder.</p>
